Well you won't find a bad word from the Gooners about him that's for sure!! Only spoke to him once about 15 years ago when on a staggy (good mates with a good mate of mine from Islington)... decent fella.. I brought up about their cheeky little visit in the West Side (85'ish)... I think they earnt a lot of grudging respect that day...

The thing is they do have the players but are not performing well and have not been doing so for over two seasons, they have spent money but maybe they have too many foreign players that are killing the Arse ?.

yes they have been out the top flight, big part of the Spurs rivalry was over how Arsenal got voted into the 1st division despite finsishing 6th in Division 2 when Spurs came 2nd
and despite a strange myth to the contrary they HAVE also been relegated from the top flight
(although admittedly way back in the mists of time)

I've always liked the Arse as a club and football team but I'm afraid their fans are deluded like the Scousers and the Mancs. - Think they have a divine right to win and be in the top four every year.
Chelsea and Spurs the same.
